VitaSightcombines these nutrients, including vitamins A, C and E, zinc and selenium into one formula.

Vitamin A, or retinol, is involved in the function of the retina of the eye. Prolonged vitamin A deficiency can cause, among other things, poor eye adaptation to changes in light, poor night vision, a weakened immune system.
Vitamins C and E are added to help in the absorption process of vitamin A. Other eye-friendly ingredients include zinc (which aids in the absorption of vitamin A) and selenium (a trace mineral that works with vitamin E in preventing free radical damage to cell membranes).
Bilberry is also included as it has been proven to improve night vision and may offer protection against the development of cataracts.
